How It Works

  1. Email your request with details (company, sign type, location, dates, permissions).
  2. Initial review for completeness and basic bylaw alignment.
  3. Assignment of TrustMark ID and a verification URL (QR-ready).
  4. Print & apply the TrustMark on the physical sign.
  5. Post-placement confirmation (photo + date). Record updated in registry.
  6. Renewal or removal before the end date; we log final status for traceability.
SLA: Standard processing within 24–48h (business days). Expedited review available on request. Municipal approval—where required—remains with the authority having jurisdiction.
Do you replace municipal permits?

No. IGNEET provides verification, registry, and guidance. Local permits/permissions may still be required.

What if a sign is reported?

We open a case, contact the registrant, and update the public record with status changes until resolved.

Can I register without photos?

Photos are recommended to confirm location/placement. We can issue a provisional ID and update later.

How do I add the TrustMark?

We provide SVG/PNG assets and a short usage guide. Include the ID and optional QR linking to your record.
